Will, (the sender) encodes its reasons for extending (the message), determines the limits (the precepts that control content), and the form of the communication, which also considers the abilty of the receiver to perceive its intent.

By choosing to communicate, the message is composed, and sent.

By choosing to communicate, the sender infers extension, in that the language chosen expresses the concept, but its content makes the connection.

Inception means start. By starting with reliable information, value is created when a co-respondent is found.

The Mind takes a different path. The intent defines the message, it is sent, and the receiver agrees.

Each message uses certain terms intended to focus its meaning. It serves its function when that meaning is received.
6-12-18 Resolves
Each message uses certain terms intended to create a communication. A co-respondent is necessary to share its content—which, in an honest communication, produces an equal context.
REAL COMMUNICATION IS A REAL ACHIEVEMENT.
7-16 Relevant
The terms determine the language used. If the language and medium are acceptable, correlation between sender and receiver happens.
8-17 Rational
The language used expresses the concept. When this concept also fits the medium, the receiver finds the message agreeable, and experiences congruence.
9-18 Solidifies
When the message is sent, its concept is sent. Agreeable facts produces an equal contest in the receiver.
